Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law (5741-1981) and its regulations.

Data controller

Data collected

"Request a call back" form

• Data: first name, phone number and, if you wish, a few words about the reason. Please don't include detailed medical information.
• Purpose: calling you back to set up an appointment. Nothing else.
• Basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
• Recipients: the request goes through the Web3Forms form service, then reaches my email inbox (Gmail, Google).
• Retention: the request is deleted no later than 12 months after it is received, or sooner if you ask. If you become a patient, your file is kept separately, under the rules that apply to care.

Body & Balance newsletter

• Data: email address and chosen language.
• Purpose: sending you the newsletter.
• Basis: your explicit consent, confirmed by a validation email (double opt-in), in line with section 30A of the Communications Law.
• Recipient: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which handles the sending.
• Retention: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time with the link in every email.

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you write to me on WhatsApp or by email, your messages are processed by those services (Meta, Google) under their own terms. I use them only to reply to you.

Ad measurement

If you accept it in the cookie banner, the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) measures visits coming from my Instagram and Facebook ads. Without your consent, it is not loaded.

Hosting

The host (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

Transfers outside Israel

Some providers (Google, Meta, Brevo, Web3Forms) may store data outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. I never sell or rent any data.

Cookies

• Essential: your cookie choice is saved in your browser.
• Measurement (optional): Meta pixel, "_fbp" cookie (up to 90 days), only after your consent.

You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to jeremynakam.do@gmail.com: I reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, no personal data appears in page addresses, and only I can access the requests received.
